Again and again, I have returned to activities, even after working in sales & marketing and as an executive director! I have seen the challenges of this career from working with a non-existent budget to working in an industry that does not always provide respect or support. Let me be frank, being an activity professional can be quite a challenge, but the reward is always greater!
